As salad plates are cleared
away in anticipation of the main entree,
the barn is filled with the soft background
music of The Windy Ridge Boys who entertain
from 6-9 p.m.
With smoke rolling from
the custom-made 8' wood-fired grill, the
entrees are being plated and carried into
the barn for your dining enjoyment. Entrees
are often a slow roasted meat that is finished
on the grill and served with a starch and
vegetable. You'll find a detailed listing
of featured entrees for each Wednesday listed
below.

Zinger to make her mouth watering New York
style cheesecakes that we top with fresh
seasonal fruits from the local farmers. These
desserts are melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

greenhouses or perhaps just stroll around
the farm enjoying the numerous perennial
beds, gardens and landscaping. For $30.00
per person, it's not just dinner - it's an
